Product Nature & Authenticity

All of our jewellery is made from genuine, untreated jadeite jade. Each piece is natural and one-of-a-kind, meaning no two items are identical.

Natural jadeite commonly contains variations such as inclusions, colour differences, texture irregularities, and surface or internal “hairlines.” These are not considered defects but are part of the stone’s natural formation and character.

We do not sell items with structural cracks. However, natural inclusions and fine lines may be present and should be expected in authentic jadeite.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and photography, the colour and appearance of jadeite may vary slightly in person.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept that minor differences between product images and the actual item may occur.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique and natural nature of jadeite jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns will only be considered if an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Natural inclusions, variations, or hairlines are not considered faults.
